The heated bathroom floors were a good surprise.

The self check-in process was a bit cumbersome, as the tablet malfunctioned, causing unnecessary delays.

We had a really nice stay at this low-budget hotel. The breakfast was great with fresh bread and croissants and with outstanding food. The staff were accommodating and supper friendly and the location was peaceful...

There was something as elevator missing.

The rooms here are fashionable and absolutely fantastic.

Self check-in via tablet is frustrating at times!!! The long walk from the train station is inconvenient for those with heavy luggage!!! A bit more attention to maintenance issues would really enhance the experience!!!

The self check-in was a nightmare. The tablet malfunctioned. I ended up relying on a staff member to give me my room key, not what I expect from a 'modern' hotel experience. Not only that, but I couldn't retrieve my invoice when checking out.

I tried to check in, but the self-check in via tablet was a disaster, how modern! The shower design is horrendous. Water leaks everywhere. I was hoping for some complimentary gesture, clearly that's too much to ask. I almost gave it a good review, but just couldn't, really disappointed with the unprofessional service.

The rooms are very clean and spacious, with a lovely newly renovated decor, complete with a heated bathroom floor and a balcony for enjoying the fresh mountain air. The breakfast was excellent.

I had a great stay with comfortable beds, enjoyed a spacious room with a lovely balcony, and the dinner was delicious though service was a bit slow.

This was just an optimal selection for a relaxing holiday in Sankt Niklaus with definitely value for money. The staff at the hotel went out of their way to accommodate us at the restaurant, even when it was busy, great to enjoy some fantastic local dishes. Don't miss trying the breakfast, it was a perfect way to start the day.

I had a single room and it was super clean and modern! The heated bathroom floor was such a nice touch in the chilly weather. Plus, the Nespresso machine was awesome for morning coffee. Definitely loved the comfy bed and that I had a view from the balcony. Just wish the self-check-in was smoother, it took longer than expected.

The newly renovated Double or Twin Room was a gem! It had a lovely balcony with a view, comfy bed, and a modern shower. Spa facilities were an enormous plus! Enjoyed the tv, heated bathroom floor, and quality body soap. Breakfast was good enough to start the day right. Very cozy!

We had a stylish family room with a modern bathroom and a big balcony. the staff was accommodating when needed. - the vibe here was family! - the location was unbeatable, about a 10-minute walk into town. - the restaurant served fab food.
